Above all, Ariane Mahrÿke Lemire is a creator. For over 20 years, she has shaped the Canadian artistic universe as a musician, videographer, director, photographer, artistic director and actress. But beyond her artistic accomplishments, it's her passion for humanity that truly defines Ariane. This fascination with human complexity naturally nourishes her second passion: creating and transmitting.
A workshop facilitator for over 20 years, Ariane has developed a unique pedagogical approach that marries the arts with well-being and communication. Her philosophy? To create an environment where each participant feels free to explore their creativity without judgment, while using their discernment. Thanks to her rich background in physical theater (2-year diploma with the Hunter Gates Academy), her studies in media and digital arts, and her numerous training sessions with master songwriters like Luc de Larochellière, Ariane has developed an innovative pedagogy that draws from the fullness of human experience. "Anxiety kills creativity, but creativity kills anxiety" - this quote guides her daily work with participants. Her method, inspired by the techniques of Julia Cameron, Marc Chabot and Robert Léger, as well as her experience in photography, design and video production, is deeply rooted in the sensory side of life, engaging all five senses for a complete learning experience. |

Drawing from her extensive training in physical theater and her many years of stage experience, Ariane transmits the secrets of captivating stage presence and authentic interpretation.
VISUAL ARTS
Ariane draws from over 20 years of multidisciplinary training and practice. Trained in drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, pottery and design, she has developed solid technical mastery complemented by a diploma in media and digital arts from Grant MacEwan University.
Her pedagogical approach is enriched by her concrete experience as an artist in residence for 3 years at Campbelltown School in Sherwood Park, where she perfected her ability to adapt artistic techniques to different age groups and specific needs.
As an artistic director, graphic designer and professional photographer, she masters both the technical and conceptual aspects of visual creation. This expertise allows her to offer participants not only the learning of techniques, but also a deep understanding of the creative process.
Her unique approach marries artistic technique with emotional well-being, transforming each workshop into a therapeutic experience. Thanks to her theatrical training and her human-centered philosophy, she creates a safe environment where creativity can flourish without judgment (while still being done with discernment!).
